Discussion
Most of the industry seems to have moved towards constrained random testing and are using various efficiency improvement techniques such as a verification framework, ranking, test planning automation, etc. While these incremental improvements and automation techniques are of great value to the verification process, a true paradigm shift in verification would seem to be needed as the system complexity grows exponentially. What do people believe is the next frontier in verification?
